RETURN POLICY
1.Applicable scenarios for returns: If users find quality problems with the product (such as damage, functional failures, or significant discrepancies with the order description) within 7 days after receiving the product, they can apply for a return. For returns applied for due to personal reasons of the users (such as not liking, inappropriate size, etc.), the product must be unused, undamaged, and the packaging and accessories must be complete without affecting secondary sales.
2. Return process:
• Application: Users need to submit a return application through the contact number (13609538269) or email address (newage1492@163.com), stating the reason for the return, the order number, and the product situation, and provide relevant evidence (such as product photos, videos, etc.).
• Review: Our company will review the application within 3 working days after receiving it. After the review is passed, the user will be informed of the return address (Room 502, No. 160, Dongyuan West Road, Longqiao Street, Chengxiang District, Putian City) and precautions.
• Return shipping: Users need to return the product to the designated address within 5 days after the review is passed. The return shipping fee will be borne by the responsible party (borne by our company for quality problems and by the user for personal reasons), and the logistics waybill number should be retained for querying.
• Refund / Exchange: After our company receives the returned product and passes the inspection, it will handle the refund (returned to the original payment method) or exchange for the user within 3 - 5 working days. The specific arrival time of the funds shall be subject to the rules of the payment platform.
3. Scenarios where returns are not supported:
• The return application period exceeds 7 days;
• The product has been used, damaged, or the packaging/accessories are missing, affecting secondary sales;
• The product is damaged due to improper use or poor storage by the user;
• Customized products (made according to the special requirements of the user) without quality problems.
